In this GTM content strategy example, I developed a "rolling thunder" marketing campaign to increase booth traffic and customer meetings at the HIMSS 2023 convention.  Leveraging primary research results in partnership with HIMSS, I atomized the results into a flurry of content pieces that increased attendee traffic and drove $2M in pipeline for the show.

This example of a new product introduction (NPI), I led a cross-functional team to launch Mitel's first pure-cloud UCaaS communication and collaboration system, MiCloud Office with MiTeam.  See the GTM project plan, customer- facing marketing materials, sales enablement materials, and quick start guides developed for the product launch that redefined how Mitel launched future products.

This is new product introduction (NPI) featured the racing/endurance industry's first big data solution for race managers, Activity Cloud.  Designed to "take the guesswork out of race management," this product used legacy race registration data to help race managers plan future event strategy.  This collection of marketing and sales enablement materials created the foundation for the successful GTM launch of Activity Cloud in the competitive online race registration market.
